OLD TOWN BENCH PROJECT Seven park benches were placed in the following locations on First Capitol and Fifth Street: in front of Commerce Bank, in front of Enterprise Bank, near The First Methodist Church, near Mt. Carmel, near the small strip mall, near Pios and near the small strip mall on Fifth Street. Try them out when you get a chance. Thank you Larry Muench and City Council for funding the benches. And thank you to our very own board member, Ruby McDonald, for her perseverance in the project.

ST. CHARLES NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION PARTNERSHIP This new organization will work citywide and Old Town Neighborhood Association hopes to coordinate efforts with the Neighborhood Preservation Partnership in our neighborhood.
