Karen Satterfield complained that 5 neighbors park on lawn

Pike Street Issues:
Landlords beginning to rent to students
40-60 kids in and out of houses
Only 3 unrelated people may live in a house
Report that as many as 8 students are in one house i.e. at 1152 Pike
1140 Pike residents found bullet in driveway
Judi Meredith, Pike resident spoke, she spoke to Lindenwood Dean of Students, Terry Russell, described student parties... loud, drinking, broken bottles, students have been rude, disrespectful
Tom B response:
Says he will interface with police and mayor on issue
Recommends residents speak at Council to get Lindenwood’s attention
Recognition of Old Town by City:
Discussion of how to interface with city
The plan is to call Bruce Evans... tell him that Tom B read that neighborhood associations are to be recognized
Beautification:
Beautification Committee asks for people to apply for Christmas decoration recognition through city newsletter
Pitch forks are to be picked up
Meetings:
No December meeting... next meeting January 9
